President
Randy Schmidt started working in the electrical industry at the age of fifteen. He has been fully immersed in the industry, and has worked in every capacity from apprentice to President. With the exception of a few years working as a field superintendent for a national home builder, Randy’s solid relationships and wide ranging contacts developed through his thirty-five years of electrical experience are invaluable to the success of Cevista, Inc. back to top
Director of Business Operations
James Fuller has been in the construction industry since 1978. He has a B.S. in Construction Management from Louisiana State University, and brings ten years of General Contracting experience with U.S. Dept. of Defense, six years as an Owner/Builder, and twelve years experience in management with subcontracting firms here in Northern California. back to top
Controller
Lori Rodriguez has over twenty five years of accounting and operations experience with developers and specialty contractors. She has worked in a variety of capacities including full-charge bookkeeper, assistant controller, operations assistant and electrical estimator. Her well rounded experience provides Cevista with depth in this critical position. back to top
Director of Field Operations
Tim Schmidt has twenty one years of field operations experience. He has run a field staff of up to 60 that has performed residential, industrial, commercial and low voltage projects. With his expertise in the industry and willingness to teach his field personnel, he has earned respect from the workers under him. His natural personal skills compliment his leadership responsibilities. He also participates with Cevista Management in planning current and future business decisions. back to top
Public Works/Commercial Manager
Chris Lake has been in the construction industry since 1977. In 1980 he broke into the heavy industrial electrical construction industry working for Fluor-Daniels, where he became extremely well versed in industrial electrical construction and control work. From there he ventured into the commercial division and worked for contractors in the Central Valley building Malls, High Voltage sub-stations, retail stores and restaurants. He has owned two electrical businesses in the central valley. He has been a Senior Project Manager the past 10 years working for large electrical firms throughout California building projects in the $500K to $6.2 million range in the commercial retail, site development and public works arenas. He brings an extensive project management and estimating background to Cevista Inc. back to top
Multi Family/ Light Commercial Manager
Jim Gatti has over forty years in the electrical industry with jobs varying from single family custom, large multi family, industrial/commercial and design/build projects. He had owned his own business in the central valley for over 16 years until being purchased by Cevista, Inc. in January of 2006. Jim brings his reputation for professionalism and quality work to the Cevista stable. back to top
Estimating
Art Schmidt entered the electrical industry in 1960, at age 24. For eighteen of these forty-six years, Art operated his own business. Mr. Art Schmidt has experienced every aspect of the electrical trades, and his knowledge and understanding gives Cevista, Inc. the estimating proficiency needed to procure work at profitable margins. back to top
Renewable Energy Engineer
Douglas Campion has over 18 years experience in estimating and product engineering. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, nine years of electrical product design, and a varied estimating background including some general contracting work, Douglas makes his expertise and technical knowledge invaluable in a variety of projects. back to top
Purchasing Management
Butch Graham has been in the electrical industry for over 36 years. He currently performs all aspects of electrical/low voltage estimating/purchasing management. He has also successfully overseen design build, joint trench, and large industrial/commercial and multi-family projects. His depth of knowledge of electrical estimating and material keeps us efficient and our costs competitive. back to top

Dan Stromnes has worked in the construction industry since 1995, and with an extensive background in Audio-Video equipment sales and residential customer service, Dan is a capable asset to our purchasing department. back to top
Warehouse Manager
Steve Grey has over 30 years experience in electrical material handling and oversees our in-house warehouse functions as well as all material deliveries. This experience allows him to provide our field staff with the material they need when they need it, allowing our crews to maintain an efficient flow of production. back to top
